Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites San Francisco Airport/Millbrae

My friends and I booked a day stay room on October 22nd. We had an unexpected flight change resulting in a 15 hour layover in San Fransisco. All the staff were so lovely. The woman at the front desk was very understanding of our situation and managed to get us an earlier checkin time as we hadn’t slept since leaving Australia! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A water fountain was available at the front desk, and they were able to hold onto our luggage after checkout. The accomodating staff definitely made a very long trip for 3 exhausted Aussies a little more pleasant :)

Front desk staff was amazing. Breakfast was decent nothing special. Hotel is under renovations so amenities like laundry, pool and the gym were closed. Aesthetics are extremely outdated however the beds and sheets felt so cozy I didn’t not want to get up out of bed. A/c is sensor activated so be prepared for the air to time out in the middle of the night.

The front desk staff Fernanda was amazing and super helpful. Excellent location. The room utilities are a bit old. I lived in Burlingame/Millbrae area for years and dined in many nearby restaurant. This is my very first time to stay in this hotel. Overall, I'm happy with my stay. When I found problems in my room, Fernanda was apologetic and showed sincerity to offer help to make it up. She was very helpful. I appreciate it and will give this hotel a second chance.

This is a great location that is easily walkable to public transportation (BART), parking on site, and great restaurants in the area. Great for families at an affordable price with good breakfast. Katea at check in/front desk was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Will stay again as it is a quick walk to In-n-Out Burger :)

What makes her stand out is her ability to work within those policies to provide the best possible guest experience. My stay was wonderful, but the real standout was Debbie at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from check in to check out. Debbie is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about the guests. She is the total reason for this review and truly represents what great hospitality should be. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated, providing a comfortable and modern place to relax. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the airport and BART trains, making travel easy. I will definitely stay here again thanks to Debbie and the excellent experience overall.

Convenient to airport for travel. Suitable breakfast. Well-lit, large rooms with plenty of plugs and good wireless...not always found in other Fairfields. Would stay again when needed in SF.
